Laura Soave
Through Laura’s vision, the company is reinventing its marketing and communications efforts. Over the past two years, Laura has overseen the launch of several industry leading new initiatives including Federal-Mogul Motoparts widely praised Garage Gurus training program offering automotive technicians access to on-site, on-line, on-demand technical training courses. In addition, she is bringing a completely new perspective towards the marketing of the company’s 20 + iconic automotive aftermarket brands.
Prior to joining Federal-Mogul Motorparts Laura served as Executive Council Member at Gerson Lehrman Group from January 2012 to September 2014 where she provided expertise to automotive and finance clients. From March 2010 through November 2011, as Vice President and CEO of FIAT Brand, NA, for the Chrysler Group LLC. She led the successful reintroduction of the FIAT Brand to the North American market. At the Volkswagen Group from June 2006 through November 2009, she held the position of General Manager of Experiential Marketing. She began her career at the Ford Motor Company in January of 2007 holding positions in marketing and last serving as Brand Manager developing the Corporate Brand Platform.
Laura earned a bachelor's degree in business administration and management from Walsh College and a master’s degree in business administration from The University of Detroit Mercy. She is a member of the Women’s Board – Car Care Council and serves on the Foundation Board of Directors at Walsh College.
