Previously, Power held various senior sales and marketing positions with Bridgestone and SHV Gas.

Power earned a Postgraduate Certificate in Management from the University of Glamorgan, located in Wales, United Kingdom, as well as completing the International Management Program jointly delivered by Stanford University, California, and National University of Singapore (NUS). He is a Fellow of both the Institute of Transport Management (UK) and the Australian Institute of Management.
