Ferodo Game Plan Leads to Success

On May 17, 2017, the national dealer conference of Ferodo themed on Ferodo Game Plan Leads the Success was held on Huangshan Mountain; over 100 outstanding dealers throughout the country were called together to look forward to and plan for a better future in the spirit of innovation in the wonderful scenery of Huangshan Mountain.

Although not presenting at the conference, Mr. Keith Power, the Asia-Pacific President, gave a short speech through video, to suggest the dealers to embrace changes with an open mind and actively make changes to strive for future success. As the markets and customers are changing, Federal-Mogul Motorparts must make innovations and changes, adjust the strategic layouts and strive to transform into a market-oriented and sales-driven company.

Mr. Wu Weiguang, General Manager of Federal-Mogul Aftersales (China), gave an important speech on “Game Plan” on behalf of Federal-Mogul, to introduce detailedly the plan and the company’s strategic deployment and planning for collaborative innovation from products, channels, services and market supports.

Federal-Mogul Motorparts has launched the “KungFu Masters” program in China to provide supports for trainings, technologies, workshop development and maintenance, small-sized partner management and warehouse logistics upgrade, increasing the company’s service capability and operational efficiency by creating regional one-stop integrated service platforms. The “KungFu Masters” program will upgrade traditional dealers from the supply and marketing mode to a new win-win cooperation mode, providing time-saving and cost-efficient one-stop services for customers to increase their market competitiveness.

On the second day of the conference, many dealers visited the Road Test Center of Federal-Mogul Motorparts in Huangshan City, participated in a test of brake pads and saw the excellent performance of Ferodo brake products with their own eyes.
